Stichting Monumentenfonds Aruba is organizing a bidding for the rental of Weststraat 15.
We offer:
- A completely restored monument
- Outdoor space infront of the monument
- Large terrace at the rear
- Attic floor
- Maintenance of the monument, including air conditioners
Offered for acquisition:
- Furnishings, such as indoor and outdoor furniture, kitchen and bar furnishings and appliances
We ask:
- Vision/concept appropriate for the monument and its location
- Minimum rent Afl 7,000 per month (excl. utilities, garden maintenance and security)
- Proven experience in the hospitality industry
- Business Plan
- Any proposals for adaptation/investment by new tenant
